Who we are

kitgreenbooks.com ("the site") is operated on behalf of author Kit Green by Unqualified Opinion Publishing ("we", "us"). By using the site, joining the mailing list, downloading a file, or buying a VIP download, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Digital downloads

The free files are delivered by email and through a download page after you join the mailing list. The VIP files are sold through ThriveCart and delivered as a download link immediately after payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. All sales of digital downloads are final; see our refund policy for the exceptions.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print, and enjoy the files for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, post online, or use them commercially, and you may not remove the copyright notices. If a download link doesn't work, contact us and we'll send a fresh one.

Everything on this site, including the books, the free and VIP files, the quiz, the artwork, and the text, is © Kit Green and Unqualified Opinion Publishing unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to share links to the site and to share your quiz result. Please don't copy the files or the site's content elsewhere without written permission. For permissions, use the contact form.

Third-party sites

Links to Amazon, ThriveCart, MailerLite, Instagram, Threads, and other sites take you off kitgreenbooks.com. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for them. Books are sold by Amazon under Amazon's terms.

The quiz, the mailing list, and the contact form

The quiz is for fun and is not, despite what it says, an official personality test of the U.S. Army. Joining the mailing list is optional and you can leave at any time. Messages sent through the contact form go to info@kitgreenbooks.com. Please don't use the form to send anything unlawful, abusive, or automated.

Fiction, and the limits of it

The books and the downloads are works of fiction and satire. Any resemblance to real persons, places, events, or the actual history of anything is unintended, and frankly unlikely. The recipes in Flark's Frontier Cookbook are jokes; follow them at your own risk, especially the corn.

Liability

The site and the downloads are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the files, beyond the amount you paid us for them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
